Outcast of the Clan

A little vent art piece featuring Fennor. It was mostly to get out some bad feelings, but it also helped me develop his past a little too.

Times in the clan weren't always bad. He could remember a time where their old keeper looked at him and smiled. Where the kids his age played with him like he was family. But that fairy-tail was not his to enjoy. It was time for the Arlathvhen, and some of the clan were visually uncomfortable. Mamae and Papae especially. He should have known something bad was going to happen. Now that he looks back it was obvious. The older members of the clan left with the keeper and left the children with the first. How he wanted to go with. He wanted to meet the other clans. 

They were coming home now. They were silent. So very silent. Whats going on? Mamae? Papae? Where are you? They all pour in but he cannot spot them. The keeper appears beside him, her hand heavy on his small shoulder. Quiet words whispered in his ear. Dread fills his chest. Tears flood his vision.

Things only got worse. No more protection no more filter. Hatred even within the clan. Antivan welp. Half-Breed. Don't belong. Tainted. How did he never hear these words before? Why did the creators take his parents from him? How could he escape? Mamae, Papae, please... Please help me.
